The guys over at WiseGEEK conducted an experiment and found out what 200 calories looks like using different kinds of food many of us consume every day.

Modern nutritionists don’t say you should avoid eating sweets or drinking coke entirely, but they do advise you not to exceed the maximum amount of calories which is healthy for your body to consume — that’s around 2000-2500 a day for an adult.
