The TSA is famous for a number of things. One thing that’s been making headlines lately, though, is the growing problem of theft within the organization. Unlike typical workplace shrinkage, where the employer has to worry about workers stealing company equipment, this affects us personally. An unattended iPad that’s made its way through the gates is a much more appealing target than, let’s say, a metal detector.
So it’s no mystery that we, as patrons of an airport, are the target. This investigative team decided to see just how bad the problem was, and the story lead them to an unlikely place.
