With just a few minutes of prep time in the morning, you can have a creamy baked potato soup waiting for you when you get home from work! It’s so easy to make, and you may already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen.

Simple Ingredients
First you’ll need to cube 10 small or 5 large red-skinned potatoes and place it in the the bottom of a large slow cooker pot. Next, layer the following ingredients on top of the potatoes:
– 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup crumbled bacon
– 1 small red onion, chopped
– 1 minced garlic glove
– 1 Tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
– 2 teaspoons dried parsley
– 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 3 cups chicken stock

Stir And Cover

The next step is super easy! Stir the goodies together and place a lid over the top of the pot. Cook it on the low setting for 7-9 hours. Or, if you want to partake in this delicious soup sooner rather than later, set it to high and cook for 4-5 hours.
