Written on a life-size chalkboard in New York City, was the question: “What’s your biggest regret?”
People had all kinds of different answers. Moreover, the longer the chalkboard was up, more and more responses accumulated, and a theme appeared.
Most people answered what they had not done. Examples include “Not applying to med school,” or “Not saying ‘I love you.’”
The lesson was clear: you may regret the thing you never tried to do. So don’t miss out.
