Is the customer always right? I propose the radical idea that no, they are not. There are times when the customer is factually wrong. There are times when the customer doesn’t know what they’re talking about. And there are times when the customer is not right, in the sense that they are not in the right.
Read this and tell me this person was not incapable of doing their job, because clearly they are.
