Restaurant Owner Discovers Someone Has Been Raiding Their Trash, Leaves Them This Note…

Over 3 million people in the United States experience homelessness every year. It is unbelievable that those people do not have a proper place to sleep or have a decent meal to eat.

Ashley Jiron is the owner of P.B Jams restaurant in Warr Acres, Oklahoma.  She noticed that homeless people were eating out of her dumpsters every night and it broke her heart.  Although she could have ignored them, Ashley decided to do something that has warmed hearts all around the country.

Ashley placed a note on a window next to the dumpsters. Check out the photo below to see what the note said.

The note reads:

“To the person going through our trash for their next meal,
You’re a human being are worth more than a meal from a dumpster. Please com in during our operating hours for a PB&J, fresh veggies, and a cup of water at no charge. No questions asked.
– Your friend, the owner”

Ashley said:

“I will not take down that sign until they come in.”
