Exhausted Mother Finally Finds Seat On The Train, Woman Next To Her Completely Blows Up…

While a young mom was traveling with her infant son in England she found a seat in the first-class cabin.  There was a woman sitting one seat over and using the extra seat for her bag.  The young mom politely asked her to move it so she could sit down. The mother said, “I asked you nicely to put your bag on the floor and I offered to put it up. I’m carrying a baby; you have to respect me.”

The woman responded very nastily, “And you have to respect your elders and betters. People have actually paid to sit in this carriage.”

The young mother did, in fact, pay for a ticket, but not in the first-class cabin which is normally reserved for elderly people, disabled people, pregnant women, etc.

Unbeknownst to her, the mother believed that she was a priority passenger because she was traveling with a baby.  The elderly woman did not agree, “I don’t want a screaming baby.”

“He’s not screaming; he is behaving better than you.” While the women were arguing, other passengers chimed in with their opinions. Some thought she was right, some were telling her to leave the seat.

The woman was offered a seat by a gentleman and willingly left with her baby to sit elsewhere.
