With today’s media, it’s easy to learn almost everything about a celebrity’s life. Whether it’s through their own Instagram or Twitter accounts, or the endless reports from the gossip magazines, it seems there are no secrets for celebrities.
However, there are some stars who managed to maintain some semblance of secrecy in this day and age.
Even for the celebrities who seem to have their whole lives out there for the world to see, there is always more than meets the eye. You may forget every now and again, but they are people, just like you and me. They have stories to tell that will leave you in stitches, they have tiny moments with their loved ones that wouldn’t look good on a gossip magazine cover, and they have boring moments at the grocery store.
The late and truly great Prince was, in a sense, a man of mystery. But we all knew that he was a very eccentric person, overflowing with passion and personality. You just know that if he had the chance or desire, he could tell really great stories for hours.
In honour of Prince, Jimmy Fallon remembered one of the hilarious encounters with the rock star during the monologue of his show. Whether or not you’re a fan of his, you have to admit that he’s a great storyteller… and this one really takes the cake.
I can just see the whole thing in living colour! You have to make it to the end; the way he re-enacts the moment with his hands is priceless.
